Karen helps equip pastoral residents and members of the congregation to effectively use their gifts, time, interests, and talents to grow and serve in meaningful ways at Plymouth Church and beyond. In other words, she helps members and our TiM (Transition into Ministry) Residents explore and fulfill their unique calls to ministry.
