Adult Choirs & Ensembles
Plymouth’s Chancel Choir is well known throughout Des Moines. It’s our principal choir for the 11 a.m. Sunday service presenting anthems and leading in service music throughout the year. Our primary focus is music in worship with concerts, including bi-annual presentations of notable Requiems, Christmas Concert, Lessons and Carols, and leadership throughout the liturgical cycle. We also offer smaller ensemble and instrumental opportunities. No audition is required, simply interview with the director!

Summer Choir (SA/Treble, TB/Bass, and SATB)
The Summer Choir represents a more relaxed summer schedule for the Chancel Choir and offers a unique opportunity for others to sing with the choir during the months of June and August. With a reduced rehearsal commitment, the Summer Choir will meet on Sunday mornings in June and August to prepare an anthem. We invite those who can’t regularly sing with the Chancel Choir to join us during these months!
