Cancer Support Group

With a cancer diagnosis comes new medical terminology, specialists, treatment plans, side effects and lots of new experiences. For the patient and caregiver, it is a journey to a foreign land.  The Plymouth Cancer Support Group, that began in 2020, has been an oasis for both patient and caregivers alike.  It is an atmosphere of openness, the type that exists in a caring family where trust and honesty is abundant, where challenges and joys are embraced.  There are currently nine members, which includes both cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.  The gatherings are every two weeks on Zoom - the next meeting with be held, Thursday, November 30th.

All are welcome regardless of when you received your diagnosis, if you are a cancer patient or caregiver, if you are actively going through tests and treatments, or if you have been a cancer survivor for years.  We all bring something to the group, please join us by contacting Deb Brookhart at dbky95@msn.com or 515-321-0344 or reach out to Pastor LeAnn Stubbs.
