REMEMBERING THE HOLY INNOCENTS

You are invited to the Feast of the Holy Innocents Prayer Service on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 2:00pm at the Des Moines Intentional Eucharistic Community (3360 University Ave, Des Moines).

Carmen Lampe Zeitler will bring Reflections as we remember the slaughter of the innocents in Herod's time and raise our prayers to stop the violence against innocent children caused by wars and conflict around the world today. The Service is planned by the Des Moines Faith Committee for Peace, with over 40 co-sponsors, including Plymouth Peace and Justice Committee.
