Plymouth Women Wisdom Walks

Hungering to move your body and spirit? Join “Wisdom Walks”

What is this?

Women of different ages and backgrounds gathering to walk and talk.  A question will be posed at the start of the walk, and we can chew on it for as little or long as we like.

When?

First Monday of the month at 12:00 pm and third Saturday of the month at 8:00 am. We leave promptly at the start time.

How far will we be walking?

Three miles, but our heart rates will be charged by the conversation, not the speed of the walk. This isn’t about burning calories but rather forming connections. Can’t walk that far? No problem! Turn around anytime.

Where?

Meet in the parking lot behind Ashworth Pool. We will walk on the bike trail to the Waterworks bridge and back–about 10,000 steps–on a paved trail that has a mix of sun and shade.

Interested?

Bring a friend. Or two. Or three. And if you can come twice a month or twice a year, you are welcome any time. No pressure and no sense of obligation. This is open to anyone. On our walks, there may be a handful of people, or on a rare occasion, you may be the only one. We hope you will walk either way. Sign up for Wisdom Walks on Church Center Groups here.
