Yoga Class at Plymouth

Get in touch with your mind, body, and spirit with yoga at Plymouth!

This class will be held Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the Burling room.

All movements will be accessible on a mat or modified to seated in a chair during all of class. We’ll start with a short meditation/breath work followed by yoga movement to enhance mobility, strength, and balance. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting, this class is designed for everyone!
