CAN YOU HELP US SUPPORT OUR PARTNER CHURCH IN HAVANA CUBA? BRING DONATIONS TO PLYMOUTH CHURCH JAN. 25 & 26

11 travelers are going to Cuba Jan. 28 - Feb. 6, to visit and reconnect with our partner church in Havana. The pastors and leaders of Ebenezer Baptist Church serve their congregation and their community in mind, body, and spirit. The needs are great, and the resources often lacking Please help us demonstrate our love of God and our Cuban neighbors of Ebenezer Baptist Church with our gifts of items they need and cannot otherwise obtain. Help us show justice and kindness with these gifts. We will certainly show radical love, everywhere and always, throughout our visit, with our EBC friends.

Why are we visiting Cuba? Plymouth Church has a ten-plus year relationship with Ebenezer Baptist Church in Havana, Cuba. We’ve visited our EBC church pastors and friends several times. Each time, a number of Plymouth Church members and friends share our love of God and our Cuban neighbors, learning and appreciating the culture and loving community.

What do they need? Our Cuban friends need a number of items we can easily purchase here in our numerous stores. They don’t have the same access to these items. We will bring as many of these much needed items with us as we can fit into our luggage as we travel to Cuba.

Here’s how you can help: Buy a few bottles of these over-the-counter medicines. Buy some of the other much-needed items. Bring them to Plymouth Church on Jan 25 or 26. Help us fill our suitcases!

What do they need most? Aspirin, Tylenol, Advil/Motrin, Tums, Pepcid, Alka-Selzer or other antacids, laxatives, Claritin, Benadryl, Multi-Vitamins, Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Prenatal Vitamins.

What else do they need? Insect repellant with DEET, mosquito netting, antibiotic ointment, band-aids. Pain relief ointments, lotions and balms. Deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash. Shoes – all sizes, all styles, new or near new.

We will bring these in-kind donations and funds with us in these suitcases when we travel to Cuba Jan. 28 - Feb. 6. These in-kind donations of much needed items that cannot be obtained in Cuba are needed for EBC’s ministries in their community. Our Cuban neighbors will appreciate your generosity. Muchas gracias!
